RFQ Form Field Specification
- Name — required text field.
- Company — required text field.
- Business email — required email field.
- Country — required country field.
- Business type — required selection or text field, such as boutique, brand, online seller or distributor.
- Mode — required selection: In-Stock Wholesale, Custom / OEM (including private label), or Not sure yet.
- Styles / quantity range — required free-text field for style IDs, references, approximate quantity range and size mix.
- Target date — optional date or free-text field for the date goods need to be ready.
- Message — required long-text field for market, materials, dimensions, branding, packaging, document and shipping context.
- Project files — Email tech packs, artwork or reference photos to [email protected].
Privacy Before Submission
Add a clear acknowledgement linking the Privacy Policy. Ask only for business and project information. The operator notice on this page identifies the data controller; the Privacy Policy explains processor details.
What Happens Next
We review the brief, flag missing inputs and organize the quote by style or development item. Expect questions where a size chart, artwork file or packing detail affects the scope. A successful submission shows a clear Thank You state; a failed submission keeps the entered fields and shows an actionable error.
