Sourcing Path Questions
Which path should I choose?
Choose In-Stock Wholesale for ready-stock assortment sourcing. Choose Custom / OEM when the product needs development or when an established product needs private-label branding, woven labels, hangtags or packaging.
Are all 25 in-stock wholesale styles available?
The 25 displayed cards form the ready-stock range, but availability changes by style, color and size. The MOQ is 2 pcs per style and 50 pcs per order, in any size and color mix. We check current stock for each line when quoting.
Low-MOQ Question
Do you offer low MOQ dog sweaters?
Yes. In-stock styles start at 2 pcs per style and 50 pcs per order, and you can mix styles, colors and sizes. Custom / OEM styles start at 100 pcs per style and color, with sizes mixed. Private-label branding on an existing style starts at 100 pcs per style.
Fit, Commercial Terms and Documents
How are prices confirmed?
We price the exact scope: style, quantity range, size mix, yarn or material, branding, packaging and shipping context. The written quote shows the basis used.
What is the lead time?
In-stock quantities ship in 4–7 days after payment, including our QC and packing; quantities above current stock ship in 10–15 days. Custom / OEM samples take 7–10 days, and bulk production takes 25–35 days after sample approval. Private-label orders on existing styles ship in 12–18 days after artwork approval. Transit time depends on the shipping method.
Can I order samples?
Yes. You approve a sample before bulk production. Custom samples take 7–10 days; the quote confirms sample cost and shipping.
How should I choose sizes?
Use chest, neck and back measurements, garment measurements and intended ease. Breed and weight may provide context but should not be the only basis for a size run.
Can Pawknit develop my tech pack or reference?
Submit the file or reference with measurements, fit goals, materials, construction and market requirements. Feasibility and the development path are then reviewed.
Can you add woven labels, hangtags or packaging?
Yes. Send your woven-label artwork, hangtag file, barcode needs, polybag details and carton marks. We will confirm the workable application and quote it with the product.
What quality checks can I request?
We offer a written pre-shipment QC checklist covering measurements against spec, seams, pilling, labels and packing. Add color, trim, packaging or market-specific checks to your brief.
Do you hold certifications?
Tell us which documents your market or retailer requires. We will check what is available for the selected factory, material and product, including the holder, date and scope.
Can I see the production site?
Visits to partner production lines can be arranged by appointment, case by case. We can also set up a video call, and during sampling and production we share photo and video updates on request.
What should I include in an RFQ?
Include your company, path, product or reference, quantity range, size range, target market, customization, packaging, target date, files and specific verification needs.
How are payment and shipping handled?
Payment terms, trade terms, packing, freight responsibilities and shipping arrangements are confirmed on quote for the actual order.
