Quality Checks Before Shipping

Every order is checked with a written QC checklist before it ships. You get the results and photos or video, and you approve the goods first.

Measuring

Where We Measure Sweaters

We measure the garment flat, without stretching. These four points decide most fit problems.

Chest width
Lay the sweater flat and measure straight across under the leg openings.
Neck opening
Measure the relaxed neck opening edge to edge, then double it.
Back length
Measure from the base of the collar to the end of the back panel.
Leg openings
Measure the relaxed leg opening edge to edge.

Stages

When We Check

Checks happen at three points in a custom order and before packing in a stock order.

Sample Check

Custom orders: we check the sample against your brief before it goes to you. You approve it in writing.

Before Packing

All orders: we run the full checklist on the finished goods before they are packed.

Approval

Photo and Video Approval

Before shipping, we send photos or video of the packed goods with the completed checklist. The shipment leaves only after you approve by email.

We keep the checklist and photos with your order. You can ask for them again for your own records.
