Information We Collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the business and project details entered in the form, including your name, email, company, country, contact details, sourcing path, quantity and message. We also collect attribution connected with the inquiry, such as the entry page, UTM values and referrer. The website does not accept file uploads. Email tech packs, artwork or reference photos to [email protected].
The site may also receive technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, consent choices and security logs. Cloudflare provides hosting and CDN services and may create hosting and security logs. Cloudflare Turnstile processes device and browser signals and IP information to protect inquiry forms from automated abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Analytics Consent
Google Analytics 4 uses measurement ID G-C3NEV83M75 for website measurement and sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Google Consent Mode v2 sets analytics storage and advertising storage to denied by default for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Those storage settings are granted by default elsewhere. A saved consent choice, where available, can further deny analytics or advertising storage. No advertising pixels are used on this site.
Analytics retention follows the GA4 property settings. Analytics data is used to understand website use and improve pages and inquiry paths; it is not included in the inquiry message sent to the CRM.
Use, Processors and Retention
We use inquiry information to respond, assess sourcing requirements, prepare project questions and quotes, maintain security and operate the business relationship. Inquiry data is sent to our CRM for handling inquiries. The CRM record can include name, email, company, country, message and attribution such as entry page, UTM values and referrer. Cloudflare and Google Analytics 4 process technical or measurement data for the purposes described above.
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, meet applicable business obligations and resolve related requests, then deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to the GA4 property settings. Technical and security records are kept only as needed for site operation and security.
Inquiry and website information may be processed internationally, including in China, and by service providers in countries other than your own. We review requests and handling arrangements according to the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use or object to certain processing. The rights available in a particular case depend on applicable law.
