How Ordering Works
There are two ways to order: from stock or as a custom design. Both use a written quote, a QC checklist and photo approval before shipping.

How In-Stock Orders Run
In-stock orders start at 2 pcs per style and 50 pcs per order. Goods within current stock ship in 4–7 days after payment.

We check current stock for each size and send a written quote with price and ship date.

After payment we pick, check and pack the goods. Goods within current stock ship in 4–7 days after payment.

Custom / OEM
How Custom Orders Run
Custom orders start at 100 pcs per style and color. You approve a sample before bulk production starts.

How long does an in-stock order take?
Goods within current stock ship in 4–7 days after payment. Quantities above current stock ship in 10–15 days.
How long does a custom order take?
Sampling takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 25–35 days after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on the method.
How long does private label take?
Private label on an existing style ships in 12–18 days after artwork approval.

Do you make the sweaters yourselves?
