Development Starting Points
Start with the product type, intended pet, target measurements, fit goal and market. Add reference images, a physical sample or a tech pack. Mark the details that must stay and those that can change; this gives the development team room to solve yarn, gauge and construction questions.
Choose Full Development Deliberately
Use Custom / OEM when the fit, yarn direction, construction, color system or size grading needs development. Choose In-Stock Wholesale for a ready-stock assortment. Private label is part of the Custom / OEM path when the product base is set and the work centers on labels and packaging.
Chunky cable turtlenecks, sighthound and dachshund cuts, reindeer or Christmas-tree jacquards, and owner-and-pet matching sets can be developed as custom styles.
Private Label & Custom Branding
When the product direction is established, add your brand application within the Custom / OEM project:
- Woven neck labels and size labels.
- Hangtags, barcode labels and approved artwork placement.
- Polybags, carton marks and other packaging requirements.
Send the base product or reference, editable artwork, size mix and target market. Private-label MOQ is 100 pcs per style, and orders ship in 12–18 days after artwork approval. Application options, packaging and price are confirmed on quote, with the product and brand presentation approved before bulk production.
A Conditional Development Path
The working sequence is brief → written quote → development questions → sample → your approval → bulk production → pre-shipment QC → shipping. Sampling takes 7–10 days and bulk production takes 25–35 days after you approve the sample. MOQ is 100 pcs per style and color.

Turn Requirements into Checkpoints
Before sampling, agree the body and garment measurements, tolerance questions, yarn direction, gauge, color references, knit appearance, seams, openings, trims, labels and packing. Before shipping, receive a written QC checklist covering measurements against spec, seams, pilling, labels and packing, plus photo or video approval of the goods.
Validate Documents by Project
Tell us which material, product, factory or inspection documents your market or retailer requires. We will check what can be supplied for the selected order and identify the issuer, holder, date and product scope.
Separate the Four Review Contexts
Keep one approved version for the brief, sample comments, artwork and packing specification. At each review, record the decision, owner and next action. One English-speaking contact follows these files through the whole order.
Use Only Verifiable Feedback
Ask for order-specific records instead of a generic sales claim: an approved sample reference, QC checklist, production photos or pre-shipment video.
